    C&T Launches the optimized brightness display design up to 1,000 nits brightness, capable to provide brilliant colors and clear readability even under

     

     

     

    C&T Display System solution offers High-Brightness Panels as an optional choice. With improved display readability utilizing the optical bonding technology. Strong lighting can dim out the displays and have unclear views. C&T provides various Panel PCs and Touch Monitors up to 1,000 nit high-brightness panels, boost overall display luminance to improve legibility in glaring environments.

     


     

     

     

    Generally, for indoor applications such as factory automation machines or convenient store kiosks, the most standard TFT monitors' brightness specifications are between 200 and 300 (cd/m²), sufficient for the end-user usage scenario. From another point of view, you will find it hard to read the displays with regular brightness for usage in outdoor environments or when the sunlight irradiates directly. It isn't easy to see the screen under direct sunlight because sunlight is much stronger than indoor lighting. To solve this usage scenario, we optimize the display brightness design up to 1000(cd/m²), enabling them to achieve better performance and extend the display's outdoor application readability.

     What is MDMTechnology (Multi-Mode Display Module)? 

    MDM stands for Multi-Mode Display Module, which is C&T's patented modular design technology that is fully optimized in C&T's industrial all-in-one panel PC. The system breaks into two major components - the control system and the visual presentation. The MDM technology offers a display module bundled with either an embedded PC unit or a display control module for optimal flexibility and scalability.

    Strong lighting can overpower even the most advanced displays’ output. Panel PCs and Touch Monitors option with 1,000+ nit high-brightness panels boost overall display luminance to improve legibility in glaring environments. 
    • Improve display readability over optical bonding technology. (Optional) 
    Refers to a protective glass glued in front of a display to enhance its readability. Installed in high humidity outdoor environments. When a normal display is used in an outdoor environment, some factors affect its readability. The most common one is “fog,” or condensation, which forms the display's vandal shield's inner surface. Another factor is sunlight reflection, which causes a mirror-image on display. Both phenomena can be solved by using optical bonding.
